Specialist Office Hours:
VDDHH Central Office maintains TAP inventory to restock Regional Offices and directly ship equipment to qualified applicants in vacant regions. Consumers complete an intake assessment, submit required eligibility documentation, and select equipment. Approved equipment is shipped via UPS with adult signature required, tracked through delivery, and monitored during a 30-day trial period. Returns, exchanges, and warranty repairs are managed through virtual troubleshooting, UPS return shipping, and replacement device shipment as needed.
